Tracy Mills is the President, Founder & Visionary of J29 Inc., a women-owned technology solutions provider that is committed to bringing much-needed IT solutions to the public sector.
However, Tracy didn’t always work in this field — she originally studied biology in college, and after that, working in a police department’s crime lab, and as a project manager for the DoD. Given her eclectic background, Tracy is a big believer in the value of varied experiences.
“I’m all about life having a plan and a purpose for all of us,” says Tracy. “I believe that everything that happened in our past is meant to be, and is what brings us here to today.”
